The original etching for this card was part of a set done by Diana Harding that she used to create handprinted cards onto handmade paper from her own etching press and then in turn these were turned into prints for sealing and using cork backed as drinks coasters, of which we still have a few in the house.
Her wildlife art has sold across the world – her love for animals shining through the eyes and interactions of those she portrayed. While the original cards were all individually different, the etching press is no longer in operation and we print them through a really helpful printworks in Kent.
Although badgers can be a bit of a problem in gardens, they are a wonderful sight frolicking in and around their setts and their highly dramatic markings add to the joy of seeing them wild.
For now this card comes cellophane wrapped, but this will alter as stocks change. They are blank to allow you to say whatever you would like to say. The accompanying envelope is white
