Returns and Refunds

In the event that you would wish to ask for a refund, requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. This can be done via email to [email protected] or by telephone to 0871 226 2107 (call charges will apply) and should include details of your order, to ensure no errors are made.

Returns, as a result of reasons not including faulty or damaged items, should be when the item is unused and in the condition that you received it. It is usual for you to be responsible for return postage costs and we advise the use of a trackable service, as we rarely refund lost returns.

To request a return, please contact us first, prior to sending your order back, to ensure that the arrangements run smoothly and that you will get your refund.

Once the item is received we will send an email confirming if the refund has been approved and credit will usually be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

While we take great care in the packing and supply of our products, should your order arrive damaged, or in some way faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the problem. Depending on the value of the item in question, please follow the returns information provided above. Damaged or faulty items may need to be returned, but more probably photographic evidence of the damage may be sufficient, to ensure a replacement or refund (as chosen by you - where replacements are available).

Product Illustrations

All illustrations of products used on our site are for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your computer’s monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the products supplied. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

Delivery

We aim for all UK and Channel Island items to be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and dispatched via a Royal Mail service that is appropriate for the product(s). Please expect your order to arrive within 5-8 working days unless notified of any alterations.

For delayed or lost orders, once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays. Please allow as much time as possible between your order and the required delivery date. Since the carrier is almost always Royal Mail, we are not able to refund or replace missing items until 20 days after the date of dispatch as this is the period after which the Royal Mail class items as being lost.
