Returns and Refunds
1.9 Requests for refunds must be made within seven working days of receiving an order. This can be done through email to [email protected] or by telephone to 0871 226 2107 (calls charged at 13p per minute on a landline), including details of the order.
1.10 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we advise you use a trackable services. We regret we will not refund lost returns.
1.11 To request a return, contact Tilia Publishing UK to arrange how a refund will be made. Not contacting us first could make the return exempt from receiving a refund.
1.12 Once your return has been received you will be sent an email detailing if your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, credit will be applied, usually to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
1.14 While we take great care in the packing and supply of our products, should your order arrive damaged please make contact with Tilia Publishing UK immediately to report the problem and follow the returns information provided above. All damaged items must be returned within seven days of reporting the damage. The same is the case for any faulty items.
1.15 All illustrations of products used on our site are for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your computer’s monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the products supplied. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
1.16 We aim for all UK and Channel Island items to be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order and dispatched via a Royal Mail service that is appropriate for the product(s). Please expect your order to arrive within 3-6 working days unless notified of any alterations.
1.17 [ON HOLD] For International deliveries we do currently ship to Europe and North America using Royal Mail or a reasonable and reliable equivalent. Delivery can be unpredictable but should be within two weeks of shipping. International delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and that we have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
1.18 For delayed or missing items from orders, once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays. Please allow as much time as possible between your order and the required delivery date. Since the carrier is almost always Royal Mail, we are unable to refund or replace missing items until 20 days after the date of dispatch as this is the period after which the Royal Mail class items as being lost.
