At Tilia Publishing UK I am committed to protecting your privacy. It is very unlikely that you could be identified through the use of this website and I make the assurance that your data will be used only in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

While I collect your detailed contact information for purchases and shipping information, it is not used for other purposes in any systems. It is used primarily for the administration of your order and potentially follow-up contact in the form of a Christmas card within 12 months of your order.

I also collect email addresses for recent newsletters, which is an opt-in via email reply or on the website sign-up. Again this will be kept only for newsletter administration and no other purposes.

I am committed to keeping your information secure and use suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that you have given. This is under regular review and data auditing.

Cookies. This website does use these small files to track and analyse web traffic (including the tools provided by Google Analytics) for the administration and smooth running of the site. The cookies give no information to me or third parties (arguably other than Google) about your computer or you, the results just tally up pages visited and similar data blended across all visitors. I have purposely avoided a log-in option for users of the website in order to be able to make this undertaking.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your information to third parties unless there comes a requirement to do so by law for any valid reason.

I also use no Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the production of books, greeting cards or marketing material as far as I am aware of it. I do use Photoshop and similar products/apps but not knowingly any of their AI tools.
